Information we collect: Contact details you give us via our contact form, booking form or health analysis questionnaire (name, email, phone number). Health and lifestyle information you choose to share as part of a health analysis or coaching enquiry, such as fitness goals and relevant medical history. This counts as special category data under UK GDPR, and we only process it with your explicit consent, to provide safe and appropriate coaching. We also collect newsletter sign-up details, booking and appointment details, and technical information such as IP address and cookies collected automatically by Squarespace, our website platform.
How we use your information: to respond to enquiries and provide the coaching services you have requested; to assess whether our services are suitable for you and to personalise your programme; to send newsletter updates where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); to manage bookings and appointments; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Third parties we share data with: we use trusted providers to run our website and services, including Squarespace (hosting, forms, scheduling, email) and Typeform (health analysis questionnaire). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep your data: we keep enquiry and coaching data for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights: under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email Forte@Fortehealth.co.uk.
